Our Mission Statement

We create growth opportunties for you. Usually, you are a small- to medium-sized business or a non-profit...but we can help anyone from a sole proprietor/hobbyist to a large corporation. We're probably most used to working with companies or non-profits that have gross revene between 1M and 50M a year.

Our clients use our services to grow their organizations through the creation of meaningful relationships. We convert the inexpensive distribution, candid tone and individual communciations opportunities afforded by the internet into scalable systems profitable and productive relationships. We focus on business related communications designed to create lasting relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, and stakeholders.

We believe

Solving problems for people is more important than getting people to use technology.
We don't recommend or implement technology that doesn't address a specific goal.

Computers can (and should) be taught how to work with people.
Lots of companies talk about "usability" or "user centered design". We make it easy to overcome an audience's fear of the unkown by concentrating on specific behaviour and focused obvious interfaces.

Speed is everything.
We know we can deliver in 30 days. We don't think you should begin any communications solution that takes longer.

Quality is also everything.
People know what good communications smells like. They can easily tell when they recieved canned or mechanical communications. Talking to people directly, in clear, emotionally resonant language that they can easily connect with, is the only way to overcome their rising resistence to "business-speak".

Reasonable pricing is absolutely imperative.
We charge very competitive rates.
We can be underbid, but we don't play the "race to the bottom" game that leaves customers just what they asked for but nothing near what they needed.
